Jessica L. Fair-Coins, 46, of Decatur, passed away at 11:07 a.m., Saturday October 15, 2011 in her residence.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 21, 2011 in Todd’s Point Cemetery, Findlay, IL. Memorials may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, Mt. Zion is assisting the family with services.

Jessica was born on August 5, 1965 in Fort Jackson, South Carolina, the daughter of William and Jane (Shelton) Fair. Jessica was raised by D.L. “Chappie” Chapman and her mother. She was a member of Cross Point Church.

Surviving are her sons: Andrew Coins and his wife Jennifer and Derek Coins all of Charleston, S.C.; partner: Karla Thomas of Decatur; brothers: David Chapman and his wife Barbara of Decatur, Ken Fair of Columbia, S.C.; sister: Janet Fair of Decatur.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
